Hi, I’m Kaitlyn Howard.
My journey into holistic wellness began during the height of the pandemic in 2020, sparked by a deep curiosity about the connection between mind, body, and spirit. But in truth, this path began much earlier. As a child, I grew up in a very unhealthy and unbalanced environment, where I was constantly exposed to trauma. Over time, that trauma began to show up in my body—inflammation as a kid, eating issues in my early teens, and chronic anxiety and stress that followed me from childhood to adulthood.
What started as a personal search for healing grew into a passion for helping others feel whole and well. Today, I hold an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification (IIN-Training) and am continuing my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I’m deepening my knowledge in integrative health, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. Through this work, my mission is to empower others to take charge of their well-being in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and rooted in self-awareness and compassion.
My Approach
I believe trauma can deeply impact every aspect of our well-being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. Often, unresolved experiences manifest as chronic stress, health challenges, low energy, or emotional imbalance, keeping us from living fully and freely. In my 1:1 coaching, I help you get to the root of those hidden triggers so you can better understand what's going on and start making real, lasting changes. Together, we'll work toward healing and creating a healthier, more balanced version of you—inside and out.
At The Olive Tree we are creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can uncover and heal the deeper emotional patterns holding them back—empowering them to reclaim their well-being, build self-awareness, and live with more freedom, balance, and confidence in every area of life.
